Paradise Computer Solutions only sells new, registerable software products--some are CD only while others come in the box. All software is guaranteed to be in working condition and as advertised for 30 days from the date of sale. All sales are considered final, and no refunds or exchanges will be accepted.  Returns due to system incompatibilities, etc. will not be accepted, so please read the system requirements carefully.  Shipping and Handling charges will not be refunded.   Due to the possibility of fraud, opened software will not be accepted for return and no monies will be refunded under any circumstances.  Software that is authorized for return by Paradise Computer Solutions must be returned prior to any substitute or replacement software is shipped.  Paypal payment will only be shipped to the confirmed address on the paypal account - no exceptions.  Please call our toll free number @ 888-222-3234 to get our guaranteed delivery options/prices.

WARNING: If the buyer chooses not to purchase insurance, Paradise Computer Solutions will not be liable if item(s) are undelivered, misdelivered, or lost by the mail carrier. Paradise Computer Solutions will also not be liable for any damage during shipment.

Only the latest programs are made for and work on Windows XP. Unless the software specifically states that it is compatible with Windows XP in the description, we don't guarantee that it will work on Windows XP and won't be responsible if it does not work on Windows XP.

Packages lost by the US Postal Service and shipped with Delivery Confirmation require a 30 day waiting period from date of shipment to start an investigation (US Postal Service rules--Not ours).  We ask for your patience if this is the case.  After 30 days, we will send you a statement certified by the US Postal Service.  In this statement you will affirm that you did not receive the product.   Signing and dating this statement is mandatory.  You must then fax it back to us at 520-731-9235.  After receiving this signed, sworn statement, we will either ship you another product or refund your money (if we are sold out or the product you won).

Insurance is optional and paid by the customer.   If you don't wish to use our credit card option, please use Paypal, Bidpay or a money order.  Our paypal id is billing@software-sellers.com

If payment is not received within the allotted time (10 days) without reason or communication, item will be forfeited and negative feedback will be posted (if auction sale). Mail for further clarification on any item details. In the event of a mistake our our part, refunds must be requested within 10 days of receipt of item.  Paradise Computer Solutions has the right to seek restitution using a collection agency within buyer's home state to collect all monies due us under the terms of sale of this item on Ebay.  Customer will be responsible for all fees charged us by said collection's agency to collect monies due.

Warranty Information: All software is guaranteed to be in working condition for 30 days from the date of purchase. All technical support is provided by the manufacturer of the product.  Shipping charges to return the product are at the expense of the buyer.   In no case are any other warranties, either expressed or implied, provided by Paradise Computer Solutions.
